How to choose

How to choose a wedding invitation template

Start from your main ceremony. Each design already lists the functions that usually go with it.

  • Match the functions

Pick the design whose list is closest to your wedding. You can switch off anything you aren't hosting.

  • Check the opening line

Each design opens with its tradition's blessing — Shree Ganeshaya Namah, Bismillah, Ik Onkar or In God's Grace.

  • Change your mind while editing

You can switch design as you fill in details and keep what you've typed. Decide before you share the link.

Still deciding?

Start with any design — you can switch while you're filling in your details.

  • There are six: Hindu Traditional, Hindu Royal, Muslim Elegant, Sikh Vibrant, Christian Classic and Modern Minimal. All six are free to try, cost the same ₹499 when you get your link, and open on any Android phone or iPhone.

  • Yes. Tap Preview on any design to see the full invitation with sample names, functions, venues and family contacts — the way guests will scroll it. No sign-up is needed.

  • Hindu Traditional lists Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. Hindu Royal suits bigger celebrations and lists Tilak, Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Baraat, Royal Wedding and Grand Reception. Both open with Shree Ganeshaya Namah — preview both and pick the list closest to your wedding.

  • Yes — Muslim Elegant. It opens with Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim and lists Mehndi, Nikah and Walima Reception, each with its own date, time, venue and directions button.

  • Yes — in Sikh Vibrant, carved doors swing open on the Palki Sahib; then come Ik Oankaar Satgur Prasaad, the four Laavan and Sehaj Path Bhog, Mehndi & Sangeet, Maiyan, Jaggo, Chooda & Kalire, Anand Karaj and Reception. Add the Gurdwara's Google Maps link to the Anand Karaj so guests can find it in one tap.

  • No — each design has fixed colours and fonts. What you change is the content: names, families, functions, dates, venues, phone numbers and messages. If you'd like a different look, switch to another template while you're editing.

  • Yes, while you're editing. Pick another design from the template menu and the details you've typed stay with you. It's best to settle on the design before you get your link; after that you can keep editing your details until the wedding through your private edit link.

  • Not at the moment. Each template lists its tradition's usual functions, and you can switch off any you aren't hosting. If your wedding has a function that another design lists, start with that design.

  • Yes. Every design gives each function a directions button, turns family numbers into one-tap call buttons, and ends with the same share step: copy your link or send it on WhatsApp. Only the look and the pre-listed functions differ.

  • Every template is free to try: design your invitation and preview it with no sign-up. When you're ready to share, your link is a one-time ₹499 (launch offer, usually ₹999) — the same for every design. Guests never pay and don't need an app to open it.
