Who you're dealing with
Shaadi Invitation is run by an individual based in India — not a company. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Right after you pay. Finish your details, check the preview, choose your link address and pay — your link appears on screen with Copy Link and Share on WhatsApp buttons, along with your private edit link.
Write to us with the mobile number you used at checkout (and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it). We'll deliver your link or, if we can't, refund you in full.
Yes. Once you've got your link, you can keep editing until the wedding through your private edit link — change a time, a venue or a phone number and the same link shows the update, so there's nothing to re-send. Before you pay, you can change anything in the editor and check it in the preview.
Open the venue in Google Maps, tap Share, copy the link and paste it into that function's Google Maps link field. A typed address alone opens a Maps search, which can land on a similarly named place.
