There's nothing to ship: your invitation lives online at its own link, and you get that link on screen the moment your payment goes through.

1.What you're buying
Shaadi Invitation sells a digital service: your wedding invitation published on its own shareable link, for a one-time ₹499 (launch offer, usually ₹999). Nothing physical is made or posted, so there is no shipping, no courier and no shipping charge.
2.How it's delivered
Delivery is online and instant. As soon as your payment succeeds, the confirmation screen shows:
- your invitation link, ready to copy or share on WhatsApp, and
- your private edit link, which lets you change the invitation until the wedding.
Save the edit link somewhere safe before you close the page — anyone who has it can edit your invitation, so keep it to yourselves. If you lose it, write to us from the mobile number you paid with and we'll send a new one to that number.
3.Delivery time
Usually a few seconds after you pay. Occasionally a bank takes longer to confirm a payment; your link goes live as soon as the confirmation reaches us.
If money has left your account but you don't see your link within 30 minutes, email shaadi.invitation01@gmail.com with the mobile number you used at checkout. We'll deliver your link or, if we can't, refund you in full.
4.Where we deliver
Anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and payments are taken through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. Your guests can open the link from any country, on any phone, without an app.
5.How long you can use it
Your link stays live until 30 days after the wedding date (the date of the last function on your invitation). After that it stops working, and the invitation and its personal details are deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and why.
6.If something goes wrong
If your link isn't delivered or doesn't work because of a problem on our side, we'll fix it or refund you as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
