Welcome to Shaadi Invitation. These Terms of Use cover designing an invitation, buying an invitation link and sharing it. Please read them before you pay.

- One payment covers one invitation for one wedding, live until 30 days after it.
- What you write stays yours — only list people's numbers with their permission.
- Use it lawfully and kindly: no spam, impersonation or harmful content.
1.Who we are and accepting these terms
Shaadi Invitation (shaadiinvitation.com, the "Platform") is run by an individual based in India. It is not a company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the person who runs Shaadi Invitation, and "you" means the person using the Platform or buying an invitation link.
By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
2.What's free and what you pay for
Designing an invitation and previewing it is free and needs no account. The preview stays on your device.
To share your invitation, you buy an invitation link for a one-time ₹499 (launch offer, usually ₹999). The link includes your invitation at your own address (for example shaadiinvitation.com/rahul-weds-priya), a photo preview when it's shared on WhatsApp, unlimited guests, editing until the wedding through a private edit link, and hosting until 30 days after the wedding date (the date of the last function on your invitation).
3.Price and payment
The price is shown in Indian rupees before you pay, and the amount at checkout is the full amount you pay — there is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking; we never see your card number or UPI PIN.
Your link is delivered on screen as soon as the payment succeeds (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy). We may change prices in future, but a change never affects a link you've already paid for.
4.Your licence to use the design
When you pay, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the design you chose for one invitation for one wedding, published on your link until it ends. Every function of that wedding is covered.
The licence doesn't let you reuse the invitation for another event, resell it, copy the design or its artwork outside Shaadi Invitation, or share the free preview in place of a paid link. For another wedding, make a new invitation.
5.Your link and edit link
Link addresses are first come, first served. Choose one that relates to your wedding — not someone else's name or brand, and nothing offensive. We may change or remove an address that breaks these terms.
After paying, you get a private edit link. Anyone who has it can change your invitation, so keep it to yourselves. If you lose it, write to us from the mobile number you paid with: we'll send a new edit link to that number and the old one will stop working.
Your link stops working 30 days after the wedding date, and the invitation is then deleted. If your dates change, update them through your edit link and the end date moves with them.
6.Your content
You keep ownership of what you write — names, dates, venues, messages and so on. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it so we can publish and serve your invitation and its preview picture.
You are responsible for what your invitation says, and for making sure the people whose names and phone numbers you include are happy to be listed. Anyone who has your invitation link can open it and links can be forwarded, so please check every date, time, venue and phone number before you share it.
7.Acceptable use
Shaadi Invitation is for personal wedding invitations. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, or for spam or bulk unsolicited messages
- add content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful or harmful
- impersonate another person, or list someone's details without their permission
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or copy the Platform
- use the designs or links for advertising or for events other than your own wedding
If an invitation breaks these rules, we may edit or take it down, and in serious cases we may do so without notice. A link taken down for breaking these terms is not refunded.
8.Cancellations and refunds
You can get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of paying and before the wedding date, if a fault on our side stops your link working and we can't fix it in time, or if you were charged twice. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. The full rules are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9.Keeping your link working
We work to keep every paid link online until it ends, but we can't promise that the Platform will never be interrupted — for example by maintenance or a problem with our hosting provider. If your link stops working because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll fix it, or refund you as set out in the refund policy.
10.Third-party services
Payments are handled by Razorpay, and invitations link to services such as Google Maps, phone calling and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they work.
11.Intellectual property
The Shaadi Invitation name, logo, designs, templates, artwork and code belong to Shaadi Invitation and its creator. Apart from the licence above, you may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.
12.Limitation of liability
We provide Shaadi Invitation with care, but "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, a guest missing a function because of a detail entered wrongly, or a problem with WhatsApp, Google Maps or a guest's phone.
Our total liability for any invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it (₹499 at today's price). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Platform changes. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Changes don't affect a link you've already paid for, except where the law requires.
14.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most problems can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute we can't resolve together will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
